Biography

Professor Zhang's research examines how leaders effectively develop people through feedback, advice, mentoring, and coaching. In particular, he studies the critical role leaders play in cultivating developmental ecosystems and managing the interplay of their own beliefs, behaviors, and the types of relationships they form.
