Biography

Uta Bindl is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at King's Business School. She received her PhD in Work Psychology from the University of Sheffield in 2011 and holds BA and MA degrees in Management Studies from Germany. Before joining King's Business School in 2019, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her research interests focus on motivation in organizations, employee well-being, and the implications of 'future work' due to increased digitalization and artificial intelligence. She studies how individuals engage in proactive behavior to drive change within their organizations and how broader social contexts affect work dynamics. Additionally, Uta is currently accepting PhD students into her program.
