Biography

Victor studies the evolution of product design in organizations and communities. He researches how managers, teams, start-ups, and large R&D organizations navigate the transition from initial concept to final product innovation. Victor completed an undergraduate engineering degree at Cornell University, an MBA at the University of Cambridge, and a PhD at Stanford University. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in teaching and learning from the University of Oxford. He is currently based at Babson College, an entrepreneurship-focused business school near Boston, USA. His work has garnered academic recognition, including multiple selections for the Academy of Management's paper proceedings and paper awards at the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management's Product Development Management Conference and the DRUID Innovation Conference.
