Biography

Wen Li received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from California Institute of Technology in 2009 and his M.S. degree from the same institution in 2004. He also holds an M.E. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in Microelectronics (2003) and a B.S. degree in Material Science Engineering (2001). His research interests encompass MEMS/NEMS technologies and systems, micro sensors and actuators, biomimetic devices and systems, microfluidic lab-on-chip systems, and microsystem integration packaging. He has made significant contributions to the field through publications, including studies on fully transparent μECoG arrays, flexible diamond-based microelectrodes, and has been recognized for his innovative research.
