William Cooper is a Professor Emeritus with over four decades of academic experience. He has a rich background in Organizational Behavior, holding a PhD from the University of Toronto, an MBA from McMaster University, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Rochester. His distinguished career includes significant contributions to management education and research, and he is passionate about advocating for Basic Income Guarantee. Now retired, he enjoys reading, long walks in the woods, and spending time with his family in Ontario and British Columbia. Cooper's research interests have primarily focused on various aspects of organizational behavior, management practices, and the psychological effects of workplace dynamics.
