Biography

Wusheng Yu is a Professor in the Department of Food and Resource Economics at the University of Copenhagen since March 2018. He obtained his PhD in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University in 2000 and an MSc in Economics from Renmin University of China in 1995. His research interests focus on international trade, agricultural trade policy, and food security, exploring the intersections of climate change with these fields. He has published extensively in academic journals including the American Journal of Agricultural Economics and others. Professor Yu has also coordinated graduate courses in Advanced International Trade and Applied Trade Climate Policy Models.
