Biography

Yaminette Diaz-Linhart is a Postdoctoral Associate at MIT Sloan School of Management, associated with the Institute for Work and Employment Research and Work and Organization Studies (IWER). Her research primarily investigates the role of worker voice in enhancing worker well-being, employing an integrated approach that examines speaking behaviors, organizational opportunities, and structural dynamics such as labor unions. Yaminette received her PhD from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and holds a Master of Social Work and Master of Public Health from Boston University.
