Dr. Zachariah Berry

Biography

Zachariah Berry studies morality in the workplace. His current research explores how people perceive moral character, attribute morality in work and relationships, and navigate conflicts of values. He has a keen interest in diversity experiences and their consequences in career pursuits. Doctor Berry's research has been published in leading academic journals, including Organization Science, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Management Science, and Nature Human Behaviour. Additionally, he has authored articles for the Harvard Business Review. He earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University, an MA in Psychology from the University of Chicago, and a dual BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Bethel University.
