Biography

Zhijun currently serves as an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia and Academic Director of the MBA program and Head of the Department of Human Resources Management at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He is an Associate Editor for Human Relations and serves as a representative-at-large for the International Association for Chinese Management Research.
