Acceptance of Terms
By using ScholarLink's tools, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you enter into a legally binding agreement with ScholarLink and accept these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your country, to use ScholarLink.
Section 02
Account Registration & Responsibilities
When you create a ScholarLink account, you agree to:
Keep your login details confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your username and password.
Provide accurate information.
The details you give at registration must be truthful and kept up to date.
Keep your account personal.
You may not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.
Section 03
AI Tools & Content Usage Rules
ScholarLink's AI tools are built to support your work, not to replace your judgment.
Assistant Tools, Not Final Authors
Tools such as the SOP Builder and Email Generator are designed to assist you. You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing and checking the accuracy of everything they produce before you use it.
Academic Integrity
You agree to use generated text in a way that respects academic honesty, and to follow your target universities' rules on the use of AI.

Intellectual Property & Document Ownership
Here is who owns what on ScholarLink.
Your Uploads
Every CV, file and document you upload remains your property.
Generated Content
Outputs created by our tools belong to you. You grant ScholarLink a limited licence to process them technically, solely to provide the service.
The ScholarLink Platform
ScholarLink's logo, code, designs, brand and algorithms are our exclusive property. All rights are reserved.

Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Plans are billed monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically at the end of each period.
Refund Policy
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued within [X] days of purchase if you have not made substantial use of your tool quota, or if a technical fault has been confirmed.

Prohibited Activities
Here is who owns what on ScholarLink.
Warning: any of the following leads to immediate suspension of your account.
Attempting to reverse-engineer the site or extract its source code or models.
Using bots, scripts or scrapers to collect data from the site without permission.
Uploading illegal or harmful content, or files containing viruses.
Misusing the platform to send spam emails to professors.

Limitation of Liability & Academic Disclaimer
ScholarLink is an academic support tool. We do not guarantee admission, funding, a visa or a positive response from any professor or university.
ScholarLink's logo, code, designs, brand and algorithms are our exclusive property. All rights are reserved.

Termination & Amendments
Changes to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will let you know in advance by email or through a notice on the site.
Suspension or removal.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
