Andrew (AJ) Ogilvie is an Associate Professor of Clinical Business Communication at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he teaches courses in business writing communication. Dr. Ogilvie has designed and taught university writing communication courses at the undergraduate and MBA levels for over a decade. His primary research interests focus on writing development, knowledge transfer, and communication curriculum in higher education. He has published several articles on contemporary liberal arts education and writing curriculum in general education courses. Before joining academia, he worked in strategic communications at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he developed stakeholder outreach initiatives for the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.
