Anais Holgado Lage completed her Ph.D. in Spanish Linguistics from the University of Salamanca in 2014. She has served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Princeton University since Fall 2015. Her dissertation focused on Pragmatics and Discourse Markers, and she developed a dictionary of Discourse Markers in Spanish, published by Peter Lang in 2018.
