She was honored with the 2022 published paper award from the Academy of Management Journal. Beyond her research, Dr. Leigh is a committed member of a PhD project aimed at supporting underrepresented faculty in business schools. Prior to her academic career, she worked at General Electric in their Healthcare Financial Management Program and was a Global Product Finance Manager in Michigan and Connecticut.
