Biography

Dianne Ford holds a BA (Hons.) in Psychology, an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan, and a PhD in Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Management Information Systems from Queen’s University. Her research interests include workplace aggression (both traditional and virtual), job engagement, knowledge management, and organizational culture. Ford has received numerous research grants and accolades, including the Dean's Research Award and several SSHRC grants. Her work has been published in various academic journals, and she has presented papers at international conferences, focusing on the implications of workplace dynamics in various cultural contexts.
