Biography

Ewa Braf is an Adjunct Associate Professor focused on future organizations and leadership. Her work addresses critical questions such as how to lead and organize sustainable value creation for customers and how to increase individuals' commitment through meaningfulness. In her view, Future Organization Leadership is undergoing a significant paradigm shift driven by technological developments, which have facilitated globalization and increased the rate of change. This situation has led to greater complexity and reduced predictability within organizations. Ewa emphasizes the importance of rethinking the future purpose of leadership by integrating practical theory with theoretical practice. She aims to enhance the understanding of how to develop successful value-creating organizations that leverage the opportunities, abilities, and potential of people.
