Biography

Gillian Yeo is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour and the Head of the Department of Management & Organisations at the University of Western Australia Business School. She completed her PhD in 2003 at the School of Psychology, University of Queensland. She teaches courses on Human Resource Management at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels, integrating her research into practice to optimize employee health and well-being in work settings.
