Biography

Hart Tanambell is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Food Science at Aarhus University, Denmark. He obtained his PhD in Food Science from Aarhus University in 2023. Hart has contributed significantly to various research outputs in recent years, with active collaborations and peer review activities in the field of Food Chemistry and Food Technology. His engagement in educational activities includes lectures on emerging technologies and their applications in food science.
