Biography

Dr. Hongjoo Joanne Lee’s professional research centers on Behavioral Neuroscience, particularly focusing on the role of the amygdala in fear learning and how stress modulates learning and memory. After receiving her Ph.D. in Psychology with a Behavioral Neuroscience emphasis from Yale University, she completed her postdoctoral training in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Johns Hopkins University.
