Biography

Jia Lin Xie is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. His research focuses on work design, job stress, employee well-being, and cross-cultural organisational behaviour. He has published in leading academic journals including the Academy of Management Journal, Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
