Biography

Joanne Rutkowski is a Professor Emerita at Pennsylvania State University with expertise in early childhood and elementary general music. Her research focuses on children's singing voices, and she has presented at numerous international and national conferences. Joanne has published extensively in various journals and books. She has held leadership and editorial positions in significant organizations such as the International Society for Music Education and the Early Childhood Music Education Commission.
