Biography

Jonathan Pinto is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Negotiation at Imperial College Business School. He received a Bachelor’s in Commerce and a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Mumbai, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. His research primarily focuses on the dark side of organizational behavior, including topics such as organizational corruption, whistle-blowing, workplace aggression, and employee deviance. His work has been published or is forthcoming in prestigious outlets such as the Academy of Management Review, Group & Organization Management, and Human Relations. He has won several awards, including the Dean's Teaching Award and the Teaching Excellence Award. Additionally, he has experience as a visiting faculty member at the Indian School of Business and London Business School, and has worked with various organizations across six continents in various roles including employee, contractor, consultant, and trainer.
