Biography

Judith Rispens is a Professor of Dutch Linguistics in the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Amsterdam. Her research primarily focuses on language learning and the typical and disordered development of literacy. She has been actively involved in externally funded research projects, including the NRO grant initiatives aimed at measuring effective interventions in primary and secondary education, as well as projects examining the role of statistical learning in language acquisition and procedural learning in children with developmental dyslexia.
