Biography

Manuela Galetto is an Associate Professor in Employment Relations at Warwick Business School, where she is also the Co-Director of the Industrial Relations Research Unit (IRRU). Her research focuses on changes and trends in employment relations from a comparative European perspective. She has analyzed sectoral collective bargaining as a source of flexicurity and is currently conducting sector analysis related to gender pay gap reporting in the UK. Additionally, she examines the manifestations of conflict in contemporary workplaces. Manuela holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Urbino in Italy, an MSc in European Labour Studies from the University of Florence and the University of Warwick, and a PhD in Industrial Relations from the University of Milan, awarded in 2008. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a member of the Higher Education Academy, contributing significantly to both academic and professional domains.
