Biography

Olexander Chernyshenko is an Associate Professor at the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He earned his PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2002. His work has been published in leading international journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, among others.
