Biography

Rajinder Attar Singh is an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at the Graduate School of Education at The University of Western Australia. He obtained his Doctoral degree from the University of Western Australia in 2013 and holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Technology from Universiti Putra Malaysia. With extensive and diversified teaching experience, Rajinder has taught at various education levels across different continents. Prior to completing his Doctorate, he worked as a high school Science teacher for 20 years and tutored undergraduates and postgraduates, including in-service teachers. Currently, he teaches and coordinates Science Curriculum Units that embed Digital Literacies within the Master of Teaching program. His research interests include topics related to STEM and Digital Literacies, focusing on classroom interventions and teaching approaches. He is dedicated to designing innovative and enriching activities that address the diverse interests and needs of students, while also employing professional technical skills aligned with the University’s goal of delivering quality subject knowledge through careful curriculum design.
