Dr. Rashimah Rajah

Biography

Rashimah Rajah is an Assistant Professor at the University of Twente in the Netherlands, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Technology. With a wealth of international experience, she has previously held appointments at the National University of Singapore, Koblenz University of Applied Sciences, Coastal Carolina University, and Brock University. Rashimah is recognized for her contributions to the World Economic Forum as a panelist, particularly focused on leadership in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). She earned her PhD in Management from the National University of Singapore, distinguishing herself under the President Graduate’s Fellowship. Rashimah’s research interests center around job connectedness in increasingly digitalized work environments, examining human psychological factors and their implications for work and personal boundaries. Her scholarly work incorporates advanced methodologies, analyzing substantial data sets to investigate relationships among leadership, talent, and digital infrastructure.
