Biography

Raymond Pai is a PhD student funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada at the University of British Columbia (UBC), specializing in Language and Literacy Education. He also serves as the Director of the Cantonese Language Program. With an MA in Linguistics from Brigham Young University, Raymond has taught at numerous prestigious institutions, including the Defense Language Institute and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California.
