Biography

Rebeka joined the MRC/CSO Social Public Health Sciences Unit in September 2024 to conduct research on the economic determinants of health. She previously worked at the School of Health & Wellbeing and holds a joint PhD from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium and the University of Warwick in the UK. Her PhD thesis investigated the links between the quality of employment trajectories and mental health mortality outcomes using administrative survey data and quantitative methods. During her PhD, she worked on several national and international projects focused on work-related health. Rebeka is also affiliated with the Brussels Institute of Social and Population Studies.
