Dr. Scott Migdole

Biography

Mr. Migdole is the Chief Operating Officer at Yale Behavioral Health, overseeing large mental health service contracts for pre-adjudicated youth, crisis services, and vocational programming for individuals with severe mental illness. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. His work emphasizes the development of the behavioral health workforce and includes the design and implementation of initiatives that integrate administrative requirements into clinical practice. Mr. Migdole has provided training and consultation to various organizations, such as the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the District of Columbia’s Department of Mental Health.
