Stanley Lo received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard University and has served as a senior research associate at the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching at Northwestern University. He joined the faculty of the Department of Biological Sciences in 2014. He is currently an editor for CourseSource, an open-access journal that provides peer-reviewed teaching resources for college biology courses. Additionally, he has held the titles of National Academies Education Fellow in Life Sciences and National Academies Education Mentor in Life Sciences.
