Biography

Stefan T. Mol is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Research Methods at the Amsterdam Business School of the University of Amsterdam. He obtained his Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam in 2000 and completed his PhD in Psychology at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2007. His primary research interests include topics such as job knowledge, learning analytics, personnel selection, workplace proactivity, psychological contracts, and career success, particularly within expatriate management contexts. Mol’s work has appeared in several renowned journals including the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment. In addition to his research, Mol has played an active role in teaching and supervising both Master’s and PhD students at the University of Amsterdam. He has also been involved in numerous research projects funded by the EU and has collaborated with various organizations on initiatives centered around learning analytics and psychological dynamics in labor markets.
