Biography

Thomas West joined the School of Management in January 2021 as a Lecturer in Healthcare Management. He has an occupational psychology background and his research focuses on leadership theory and practice, particularly within healthcare. He also worked with Deloitte's Board Advisory team, providing consultancy support and advice on leadership to a wide range of NHS organisations and regulatory bodies.
