Biography

Violetta Splitter is an Associate Professor of Strategy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Fellow of St Peter’s College, Oxford. Violetta has also authored articles on the topic in public media and co-published with the CEO of AXA UK & Ireland. In the teaching realm, she teaches strategy and strategic management to undergraduates, MBA, and EMBA programmes, employing an interactive teaching style to foster essential strategic conversations among participants.
