Dr. Yvonne Benschop

Biography

Yvonne Benschop researches organizational issues pertaining to gender equality and diversity inclusion. She is a Professor of Business Administration, with a focus on Organizational Behavior, and has served as Vice-dean of Research at the Institute Management Research at Radboud University from 2017-2022. Benschop co-leads the multidisciplinary research hotspot 'Gender Power Politics Management' involving over 20 researchers from Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, and Geography. Her teaching and research emphasize social responsibility, with a commitment to advancing gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in contemporary organizations. Her current research projects focus on gender inclusion in leadership and the influence of postfeminism on organizational change, as well as intersectional equality. She engages with European research consortia, including INSPIRE, and contributes to various academic journals. Benschop's work has established her as a significant figure in developing knowledge at the intersection of gender equality and organizational change.
