Alejandra Salinas is a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston University’s Wheelock College of Education & Human Development. Currently, she co-leads the Justice & Joy Mathematics Teaching and Learning Project, an NSF-funded Noyce grant that provides full funding for MAT students who commit to teaching in high-need school districts for several years while researching methods to recruit and retain Black and Brown students in the education field.
