Biography

Andy Gao is a Professor in the School of Education at the University of New South Wales, Australia. He earned a PhD from the University of Hong Kong and has Master's degrees from the University of Warwick and KU Leuven, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University. His research interests encompass international students' educational experiences, language learner agency, language literacy education, language education policy, and language teacher education.
