Anna Cellinese joined the Department of French and Italian in 2016. She received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Italian literature from Stanford University and has taught and coordinated the Italian language program. Her published articles focus on Fenoglio, Pavese, popular culture, and language pedagogy. Her research addresses Italian contemporary culture, language acquisition, and curriculum development. In light of the transitional nature of the 21st century and the fast pace of technological advancement, Anna designed and initiated, in collaboration with the McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning, a project to create an Italian digital platform that offers a dynamic and flexible approach to language acquisition suitable for well-versed minds of Princeton students.
