Biography

Linda Bradley is an Associate Professor at the University of Gothenburg in the Department of Education, Communication and Learning, working at the Pedagogical Development Interactive Learning unit (PIL). Her research focuses on digital literacy, mobile learning, and the role of technology in higher education and professional learning. Over the past decade, she has explored language learning, migration, and digital professional development. Currently, she leads a co-design project developing a mobile application and chatbot for long-term unemployed jobseekers. In her role, she also co-leads a higher education research hub on Digitalization and Society. Her key area of interest includes open learning, and she has investigated open learning practices in EU projects, examining pedagogical and methodological approaches using digital tools in teaching and learning. Her extensive teaching experience includes courses in professional development for academics in the International Master’s Programme in Information Technology and Learning.
