Biography

Lisa Kim is an Associate Professor who holds titles as Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and Fellow (FBPsS) of the British Psychological Society in the UK. Her research interests lie in understanding what makes great teachers and school leaders, and she aims to contribute to improving teacher retention rates while enhancing the social status of the teaching profession.
