Marcus Specht is a Professor of Digital Education at the Technical University of Delft and serves as the Director of the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Center for Education and Learning. He is also a Professor of Learning Technologies at the Welten Institute of the Open University. After receiving his diploma in Psychology in 1995, he completed his dissertation at the University of Trier in 1998, focusing on adaptive information technology.
