Biography

Tara Reich is a Reader in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at King's Business School, King's College London. Her research primarily focuses on workplace relationships, particularly the psychology of workplace mistreatment. She investigates how observers of mistreatment influence the experiences of both targets and perpetrators, analyzing the consequences of such behavior in organizational settings.
