Biography

Tenna Doktor Olsen Tvedebrink holds a hybrid educational profile with expertise in architectural design, civil engineering, food science, and sensory consumer studies from Aalborg University and Copenhagen University. Her work touches on gastronomy, culinary history, hospitality, experience economy, social sustainability, and cultural heritage, focusing on a holistic interdisciplinary perspective that affects human health and well-being. She has led educational programs in Architecture, Urban Design, and Industrial Design, and is currently a research group leader in the CREATE Integrated Architecture group, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
