Biography

Charlotte Arkenback-Sundström is a senior lecturer at the University of Gothenburg in the Department of Education and Special Education, where she has worked since 2021. She has a diverse background as a special education teacher and has focused on mathematics education. Charlotte's research interests include communication, learning, digital technologies, and professional practices, particularly in the context of vocational learning and service work. She has contributed to various research schools and has defended her thesis on the impact of digitalization in service encounters, reflecting her commitment to understanding the evolving relationship between education, technology, and work. Charlotte also teaches courses related to special education and mathematics development within the special education teacher program and has extensive experience in distance education.
